The fiscal Ma Castro has been sumarily relieved at BI7 and her secretary who never was a real BI employee is still holding all in process papers, apparently having removed them from BI7. I went there today and the office they used is bare walls and I was informed that the status of any 13A or other actions/applications/endorsements are unknown because, "the secretary has not turned over the paperwork".
