The living in Cebu forums originally came alive on June 01, 2004, at 03:05am, GMT +8, Hong Kong Time. Prior to then, I, along with my now ex-wife, had been running a Cebu related Yahoo Group.
I was becoming bored with Yahoo Groups, as an owner anyway. I had long before realized that visitors needed another format for information. So, I began looking for actual forum software to install. I wasn't new to forums, and had used freebie forum software before, so I decided to go with PhpBB2, which was current at the time.
